Polícia Civil detém síndico e seu filho em Caldas Novas após investigação ligada ao desaparecimento e morte de Daiane Alves Souza, corretora que enfrentava conflitos com administração do condomínio.
A Polícia Civil de Goiás prendeu, nesta quarta-feira (28/01/2026), o síndico de um condomínio e seu filho, ambos suspeitos de envolvimento na morte da corretora de imóveis Daiane Alves Souza, de 43 anos, em Caldas Novas. Câmeras de segurança registraram o momento em que os dois foram detidos pelos agentes, que intensificaram as investigações após a localização do corpo da vítima em área de mata na região.
O caso ganhou grande repercussão após o desaparecimento de Daiane em dezembro de 2025, quando ela foi vista pela última vez entrando no subsolo do prédio para verificar uma queda de energia em um imóvel de sua propriedade. A investigação passou a ser tratada como homicídio depois da descoberta do corpo.
Conflitos anteriores entre a vítima e os suspeitos
Segundo relatos e a apuração da polícia, havia um histórico de conflitos entre Daiane e o síndico, que começaram ainda em janeiro de 2025 e se estenderam ao longo do ano. A corretora teria registrado vários boletins de ocorrência por perseguição, ameaças e agressões por parte do administrador do condomínio, além de disputas por questões administrativas envolvendo a utilização de um de seus apartamentos.
A tensão entre as partes escalou com o tempo, gerando acusações formais na Justiça e um ambiente de hostilidade no prédio, que também envolvia inquilinos de imóveis pertencentes a Daiane, segundo informações que integram as investigações.
