Defesa de Bolsonaro pede ao STF autorização para visitas de Nikolas Ferreira, Portinho e aliados do PL
Pedido acontece após negativa a outros visitantes e em meio à prisão do ex-presidente na Papudinha
A defesa do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL) solicitou nesta sexta-feira (30) ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) autorização para que ele receba visitas de parlamentares do Partido Liberal (PL) enquanto cumpre pena de 27 anos e 3 meses de prisão, incluindo o deputado federal Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG) e o líder da legenda no Senado, Carlos Portinho (PL-RJ).
O pedido, dirigido ao ministro Alexandre de Moraes, relator da ação penal que apurou a tentativa de golpe de Estado, também inclui autorização para que o senador Bruno Bonetti (PL-RJ) e o deputado federal Sanderson (PL-RS) visitem Bolsonaro na unidade prisional popularmente chamada de “Papudinha”, no Complexo Penitenciário da Papuda, em Brasília.
Negativas anteriores e contexto do pedido
Na quinta-feira (29), Moraes já havia negado pedidos similares de visita ao ex-presidente — entre eles pedidos de visita do presidente nacional do PL, Valdemar Costa Neto, e do senador Magno Malta (PL-ES) — em meio a justificativas relacionadas a riscos às investigações e a incidentes disciplinares envolvendo alguns dos visitantes pretendidos.
O novo requerimento busca incluir quatro parlamentares do PL na lista de visitantes, após os indeferimentos anteriores. A defesa argumenta que as visitas são importantes para assegurar o direito de Bolsonaro a contato com aliados políticos, especialmente em um período de decisões judiciais cruciais e de movimentações políticas de apoio no cenário das eleições de 2026.

Entre os nomes solicitados no pedido estão:
- Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), deputado federal e uma das figuras mais visíveis da direita brasileira, que liderou recentemente uma marcha que percorreu cerca de 240 quilômetros entre Paracatu (MG) e Brasília para chamar atenção ao caso Bolsonaro.
- Carlos Portinho (PL-RJ), senador e líder da legenda no Senado;
- Bruno Bonetti (PL-RJ), senador e suplente de Romário;
- Sanderson (PL-RS), deputado federal.

Bolsonaro cumpre pena em uma sala de Estado-Maior no 19º Batalhão da Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal, conhecida como Papudinha, desde que teve a condenação confirmada na ação penal que apura a tentativa de golpe à ordem democrática.
