Moraes dá cinco dias para PM do DF detalhar rotina de Bolsonaro na Papudinha
Ministro do STF exige relatório da Polícia Militar sobre atividades do ex-presidente na unidade prisional após sua transferência; medida reforça controle sobre cumprimento da pena
O ministro Alexandre de Moraes, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), determinou que a Polícia Militar do Distrito Federal (PM-DF) apresente em até **cinco dias um relatório detalhado sobre a rotina do ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro na unidade do 19º Batalhão da PM do DF, conhecida como “Papudinha”, onde ele cumpre sua pena. A decisão foi tomada no âmbito do acompanhamento judicial sobre o cumprimento da prisão preventiva do ex-chefe de Estado.
Segundo as decisões publicadas e notificações encaminhadas ao batalhão responsável pela custódia de Bolsonaro, Moraes exigiu que o relatório inclua informações completas sobre atividades, horários, visitas recebidas por advogados e familiares, consultas médicas e outras ações realizadas pelo ex-presidente desde sua transferência à Papudinha.
A medida ocorre enquanto Bolsonaro cumpre a pena de 27 anos e 3 meses de prisão imposta pelo STF por sua participação em um plano de golpe de Estado após as eleições de 2022. Ele foi transferido para o complexo prisional em Brasília em 15 de janeiro, em cumprimento de decisão do mesmo ministro, após ter sido inicialmente mantido na sede da Polícia Federal no Distrito Federal.
A determinação de Moraes também busca assegurar que as condições de cumprimento da pena e de segurança na unidade sejam transparentes e atendam às normas legais. Ao transferir Bolsonaro para a Papudinha, a Suprema Corte estabeleceu que ele teria acomodação ampliada e assistência apropriada, em resposta a reclamações da defesa e da família sobre a condição anterior de detenção.
A rotina na Papudinha tem sido acompanhada de perto no meio político e jurídico, em meio a debates sobre tratamento de presos de alto perfil e a execução de penas no sistema penitenciário brasileiro. A exigência de um relatório detalhado por parte da PM-DF reforça o papel do Judiciário em fiscalizar diretamente como as ordens judiciais estão sendo cumpridas, especialmente em casos de grande impacto público.
