CPMI do INSS vai pedir audiência com Toffoli para liberar dados sigilosos de Vorcaro e Master

A Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito (CPMI) do Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) anunciou que pretende solicitar uma **audiência com o ministro Dias Toffoli, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), para tratar da liberação de dados sigilosos relacionados ao empresário Daniel Vorcaro e ao caso do Banco Master, que estão sob investigação por supostas irregularidades e fraudes.
Parlamentares da CPMI argumentam que a decisão de Toffoli que restringiu o acesso a informações bancárias, fiscais e telemáticas obtidas no âmbito do colegiado tem dificultado a investigação parlamentar e enfraquecido a capacidade de apurar possíveis irregularidades envolvendo grandes operações financeiras e concessões de empréstimos consignados com indícios de fraude.
