Um novo laudo médico prisional atualizado sobre o estado de saúde mental de Adélio Bispo de Oliveira, condenado pelo ataque com faca ao então candidato Jair Bolsonaro em 2018, revelou que o quadro psiquiátrico do detento sofreu piora significativa, com sintomas que incluem delírios constantes e comprometimento da percepção da realidade, e que ele nega estar doente, chegando a afirmar que “não sou doido”.
O documento, considerado sigiloso e enviado à 5ª Vara Criminal de Campo Grande (MS), traz um diagnóstico de esquizofrenia paranoide, descrevendo o quadro como de “risco contínuo” e destacando que o ambiente prisional não é adequado às necessidades de tratamento do paciente. Segundo os peritos, Adélio teria rejeitado o uso de medicamentos e demonstrado falta de insight sobre a própria condição.
Piora do quadro e recomendações médicas
De acordo com o laudo, a condição clínica de Adélio evoluiu desde a perícia original, realizada em 2019, que já havia concluído pela inimputabilidade por transtorno delirante permanente. Os especialistas que avaliaram o novo estado de saúde destacaram que os sintomas positivos persistentes — como alucinações e delírios —, combinados com prejuízo funcional substancial, exigem cuidado psiquiátrico contínuo e estruturado.
O documento aponta, ainda, a necessidade de internação em uma unidade psiquiátrica de custódia adequada, em vez da manutenção na prisão comum, devido aos riscos e à incapacidade de convívio sem medidas de segurança específicas. Mesmo diante das avaliações médicas, Adélio insiste que não necessita de tratamento e tem rejeitado medicamentos, o que complica qualquer plano de cuidado clínico.

Adélio Bispo ganhou notoriedade nacional por ferir gravemente Bolsonaro durante a campanha presidencial de 2018 em Juiz de Fora (MG). A Justiça considerou sua inimputabilidade à época devido a transtornos mentais, e ele permanece sob custódia, com progressão de regime ao longo dos anos conforme decisões judiciais.
O novo laudo veio em meio a procedimentos que avaliam se seu regime de custódia deve ser mantido ou se outras condições de tratamento psiquiátrico especializado devem ser implementadas. Até o momento, não há decisão judicial definitiva que determine sua transferência a uma instituição de saúde mental.
