Deputados do PSOL acionam MPT contra Nikolas Ferreira por campanha de demissões de críticos de Kirk
Denúncia afirma que Nikolas Ferreira expôs empresas e perfis de trabalhadores para forçar demissões por críticas a Charlie Kirk
Parlamentares do PSOL protocolaram, em 16 de setembro de 2025, representação junto ao Ministério Público do Trabalho (MPT) pedindo uma investigação contra o deputado federal Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG). Os autores acusam Nikolas de estimular demissões de trabalhadores que manifestaram opiniões contrárias à morte do comentarista americano Charlie Kirk, ocorrida em 10 de setembro.
Segundo a denúncia, publicada originalmente pela Folha de S.Paulo e repercutida por veículos como InfoMoney, o deputado teria usado suas redes sociais para pressionar empresas e órgãos públicos a dispensar funcionários que criticaram Charlie Kirk. Em alguns casos, essa pressão teria resultado em desligamentos. A representação afirma que tal prática configura abuso de direito e assédio político por convicção, ferindo direitos constitucionais garantidos, especialmente o artigo 5º da Constituição, que assegura liberdade de expressão e de convicção.
Estão entre os casos citados na denúncia o desligamento de uma stylist da Vogue Brasil, Zazá Pecego, que negou ter comemorado a morte de Kirk, e também a demissão de um funcionário do Theatro Municipal de São Paulo. Outro exemplo envolve um médico em Recife, cuja dispensa foi celebrada publicamente por Nikolas.
Além de Nikolas, os deputados pedem investigação contra o empresário Tallis Regence Coelho Gomes, que teria apoiado a campanha e participado da difusão da hashtag #DemitaExtremistas.
Os deputados justificam que há uma estratégia concertada para intimidar trabalhadores por suas opiniões políticas, classificada como “campanha orquestrada” que busca amedrontar quem diverge das pautas da extrema-direita. A representação foi assinada por Guilherme Boulos, Erika Hilton, Célia Xakriabá, Henrique Vieira, Ivan Valente, Luciene Cavalcante, Talíria Petrone, Tarcísio Motta e Paulo Lemos. Até o momento, o MPT não divulgou quais providências serão tomadas.
Em resposta, Nikolas Ferreira disse que a reação à representação será a mesma que já usou para críticas: “mandar eles caçarem um lote para capinar”. Já Tallis Gomes defendeu que o movimento não incentiva demissão por opinião, mas sim ação contra comportamentos considerados extremistas, discurso de ódio ou apologias à morte.
